Official Rules - Autumn 2025 Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor.
The October 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Iowa Arctic Air LLC, P.O. Box 351, Norwalk, IA 50211. This P.O. Box may also serve as the designated address for mail-in entries.
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Iowa, whose primary residence is located within a thirty (30) mile straight-line (radius) of Norwalk City Hall, 705 North Ave, Norwalk, IA 50211 (the “Eligibility Radius”). The Eligibility Radius is measured by straight-line distance using commonly available mapping tools. Sponsor’s determination of eligibility is final.
Sponsor may require a ZIP code at entry and a street address from selected entrants to verify geographic eligibility and the one-entry-per-household rule. Addresses are used solely for verification and prize fulfillment as described in these Official Rules.
The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: (i) employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor or its affiliates; (ii) members of the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, or children, and their respective spouses) and household members of such employees, officers, or directors; (iii) competitors, including HVAC contractors, employees of HVAC companies, or individuals otherwise engaged in the heating, ventilation, or air conditioning industry.
The Sweepstakes is void outside the designated Eligibility Radius, and void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter.
Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.IowaArcticAir.com/sweepstakes and complete the HVAC quiz, provide the requested information, including full name, email address, telephone number, and residential address. Upon completion, Entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
To enter without participating online, handprint in a legible manner your complete name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number on a postcard or card no smaller than 3.5 inches by 5 inches and no larger than 4.25 inches by 6 inches, affix proper postage, and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2025 and received no later than November 5, 2025. Each envelope/postcard will count as a single entry.
Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted from the same household under multiple names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email accounts will be void. Automated, bulk, or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Verification Email and Optional Offers: By completing the online quiz, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may send a verification email confirming quiz completion. Sponsor may also provide discount codes or promotional offers for future services. Receipt of such codes or offers is not a condition of entry or participation in the Sweepstakes.
5. Prize.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) new residential gas furnace, Rheem R801T (80% AFUE) or R95T (95% AFUE) model, including standard professional installation by Sponsor. Prize model will be selected based upon the existing furnace configuration of the winner’s home. Maximum BTU size is 125,000 BTUs.
Winner may elect, at their sole expense, to upgrade to an alternative model or system; all upgrade costs must be paid directly to Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $5,000, depending on model and installation configuration.
Exclusions & Limitations: Prize does not include major ductwork, gas line, venting, electrical, or structural modifications beyond standard installation. Additional charges will apply if installation is performed in an attic or crawlspace. Any additional modifications, repairs, or improvements required to accommodate installation will be the sole financial responsibility of the winner. Prize may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Prize Transfer: Winner may transfer the awarded prize to another qualifying home located within Sponsor’s designated service area, provided such installation is of the same model/value won or a lesser value.
Fulfillment Conditions: Exact furnace size and model shall be determined by Sponsor’s technician. Winner’s residence must be located within Sponsor’s standard service area.
6. Winner Selection and Notification.
On or about November 22, 2025, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using a recognized random number generator such as Random.org. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be notified by telephone and email. The potential winner must respond within thirty (30) days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within the designated period, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to accept the prize as awarded will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner’s first name and last initial, along with photographic likeness, may be published on Sponsor’s website and social media platforms.
7. Release of Liability.
By entering or accepting the prize, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, or causes of action, including without limitation personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
8. Limitations of Liability.
Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; (iii) technical, mechanical, or electronic malfunctions of any kind; or (iv) typographical, printing, or other errors in any Sweepstakes materials or administration.
9. Publicity Release.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use their name, likeness, image, city of residence, and photographic likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes
11. Privacy.
All personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstake will remain confidential, except that Sponsor may send marketing materials to all entrants.
12. Governing Law/Venue/Jurisdiction.
The laws of the State of Iowa shall govern this Sweepstakes, without regard to conflict of law principles. Each party consents to the personal and exclusive venue and jurisdiction in the state courts located in Warren County in the State of Iowa.
